The Skinfood Grape Seed Rich Cleansing Oil Review

I am very particular person when it comes to cleaning the face.

When i am not lazy then i will do this step:

Eye make up remover - cleansing oil - cleansing milk - face wash - toner

If i feel lazy then i will skip eye make up remover

But nevertheless, cleansing oil step is a must do for me!

Cleansing oil do the best work on cleaning heavy foundation, bb cream and oil based cosmetics that face wash ussually unable to remove.

After a lot of blogging, my choice comes to Skinfood Grape seed Rich Cleansing Oil!

Cute and Vintage Bottle!

The cleansing oil comes in a cute vintage bottle. It does look elegant in my vanity case.

When my friend came to my room the other day, she was like grabbing the bottle and say " Hana, what is this? So cute!" Hehehe i was just smiling and told her that it is cleansing oil to clean make up. It has cute cap on the top of the bottle, with a Skinfood Angel emboss. Love it!

It contains 150 ml and i bought mine around 130.000 rupiahs / $13 a bottle. Not very pricey considering one bottle will last a longgggg time!

I don`t like the pouring cap here! Gaahhh! It makes the oil come out too much.

Below, i am using my eyeshadows from Coastal scents and Milani liquif eye eyeliner.

I apply the oil and emulsify it with the water.

Rub ... rub... rub... gently

Remove all the oil with a clean tissue.

And taraaa.. All clean!

Final Thoughts!

The cleansing oil has an amazing removing power. Even the mascara and waterproof eyeliners come off. The smell is nice and it does not break me out. I would recommend this for you who loves to use BB Cream everyday like me. Removing it properly is a MUST for us other wise the cream will clog our pores.

I was still regret it everytime. Well, before i find this eyebrow cake!

Sturdy Packaging, mirror and good applicator

I am such a clumsy girl. I believe I have dropped my make up at least once. Hehehe I have such a feeble hand. I too, dropped this Choco Eyebrow Powder two times already. The cake stayed, it won`t budge and it didn`t break either. The packaging is sturdy with cute vintage emboss depicting angel and brand name. I love how this cake comes with mirror and good applicator also. Though the applicator is stiff and harsh but somehow it works on applying the eyebrow powder.

Affordable

The eyebrow cake is tagged 40.000 rupiahs or $4, crazy cheap, huh? Well, I mean compared to another eyebrow powder, I think this choco eyebrow cake offers the most competitive price.

Great staying power, even when I sweat a lot!

The color stays all day especially when you stay in the air conditioned room. Even when I am outside and sweat a lot, the color doesn’t smear and doesn’t makes the area near eyebrow goes muddy.

Smells good

Hmmm, yummy! It literally smells like chocolate. Can you imagine? In the morning when I do my make up, I am indulged with such a great smell, mood boosts up 200%! hehehe

A little bit powdery

Don`t drag the brush, because the cake is powdery. I find if I dab the brush, I can pick just enough amount without making my make up table dirty.

Just enough pigment

I originally have a thick eyebrow and it is jetblack, just like the color of my hair. So, I find this choco eyebrow to be well suited for me because it is not overly pigmented. Just enough to fill the sparses on my eyebrow. Moreover, Korean eyebrow trend is thick but light in color.

Conclusion

If you have a very sparse eyebrow and looking for a pigmented eyebrow cake, this might not be for you. You will go nuts because it is hard to get the color you want. I try this once with my friend who shaved half of her eyebrows. She doesn`t like it and it is messy on her.

The cake will be perfect for a girl with a thick eyebrow, who is looking for more definition. Hehehe just like me! I personally will repurchase when I run out. I love Skinfood Choco Eyebrow Cake

Moreover it is INDONESIAN product! I love it even more hehehe

Loose Powder

Say HI to my BB Creams best friend!
As you may know, BB Cream tends to have medium coverage
Touch and Glow helps refine my complexion and enhance my BB Cream,

It is affordable, good oil control, good coverage and finely milled powder.

Again, Revlon wins my heart~
This powder foundation did not catch my attention at first
But then i continue to fall in love with great coverage and staying power

Eyebrow Powder

Choco Eyebrow literally smells good like choco.
It provides nice color payoff and not very pigmented.
It is just right to color my "already thick" eyebrow

Eyeshadow

MUA pallete in Undressed

I am blessed to be given a free Naked Pallete.
I happened to bought this before i got the pretty Naked.
Naked is more beautiful and has iridescent colors
But in some aspect i prefer MUA Undressed
Because it is affordable and a very good dupe of Naked.
Pigmented, blendable, pretty colors, PLUS....
I do not feel bad to use abundant amount
I can bring it everyday without worry that it may break or something

Liquid Eyeliner

Inez Liquid Liner 
Price: around 30.000 rupiahs or $3
It is not the best eyeliner ever but it has good quality.
Pretty black color, thin brush and good staying power makes me opt to this liner.

Gel Eyeliner

Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner
Price: Around $28
This is a gift that my business partner gave to me.
Seriously it is good, it is the only gel eyeliner that stays on my monolid.

It dries fast on my lid, stays well, pretty black color and many more!
I think i am willing to save my money for repurchase when i run out

Mascara

Silkygirl Eye Opener Mascara
Price: Around 30.000 rupiahs or $3
It does open my eyes~
Eye opener curls and add the length very well.
The thin applicator makes the mascara easier to apply

Lipstick

ZA Lips Plumper
Price: Around 70.000 or $7
They are very moisturizing, pretty colors and smells good.
I love using them everyday

Skin care

Hadalabo
Price: 35.000 to 150.000 rupiahs/ $4 - $ 15
I love the Gokujyun and Shirojyun series!
They make my skin feels supple and brighter

Mask

Dermal Mask
Price: 10.000 to 12.000/ $1
Dermal is very rich in nutrition, the essence is abundant
and i can feel the difference after using the mask.
I love this mask, recently i bought 30 of them for stock hehehe


For a college girl like me,
 i mostly love beauty products that has good quality, bundled in affordable tag.
It can be expensive, but it has to live up for the price.
I hope drugstore and local products continue to innovate and launch high quality products next year. With affordable price, of course~ tee hee

REVIEW: SKINFOOD grape essential BB cream

Hi everyone.. It has been a long time that i didn`t post anything about BB cream. Now, i want to review about one of my skinfood favorite, the grape essential BB cream. This review is made from my experience using 5 samples of these. But, because i was busy using it and didn`t take any pics, all the samples are gone. So sorry, i didn`t have any of original picture in this. What are left on me are experiences and my opinion about the product :). Anyway, let`s get started....




Texture
The cream is a little bit hard to blend at first. Not very creamy. I have to patiently dab it onto my face and blend.

Oil control
Oil control is just so - so, around 2 -3 hours. When i first use it, i was like "wow" because my face looks flawless and nice. But then after i blot 2 -3 times, some of the redness are showing >.<


Lasting Hours
Pretty long lasting. I would say 6 to 7 hours, before my face turns to a blotchy and tired face hehehe. 


Coverage
The coverage is medium. Well, it can be full if you add more and more. But i think it will sink on the fine lines. I have ever tried it once, and i wasn`t fine with the result.
