VIVA lipstick no 10 review

Hola! I am sooo excited to write this review.

After reading beautiful-channel, I grabbed this on my way off work.

I am so in love with the color, thanks Miss Aldila for introducing this to me ^^

If you are wondering what it is that i am bragging about,

It is Viva Lipstick no 10

Viva is Indonesian Local Brand that has good quality and affordable price

Viva no 10 is beautiful peachy color, has some orange and pink tone in it too.

It is beautiful and unique color, worth to try out.

The lipstick is waxy with sheer pigmentation

I need to apply 2 - 3 times to get the color right

What i like :

- Affordable and easy to find

- Pretty color

- Great for playing around with make up

What I dislike:

- Waxy texture

- Strong smell

- Uncomfortable to wear

- Sheer Pigmentation

- Does not stay in my lips

- Exaggerate fine lines 

- Transfer everywhere, to tissue, clothes, bag, food, etc

- Cheap looking packaging (well, it is!)

only black color and it does not made for a clumsy girl like me

I only had it for about a week and it is broken already

Conclusion:

Viva Lipstick no 10 has beautiful color and VERY affordable price.

I like it. But i personally would only use it for play around with make up

or making FOTD, which is only need 1 - 2 hours top.

I would not use it for my daily lipstick due to waxy texture, 

i find it uncomfortable in my lips

Also, the smell is too strong to my liking.

I would still repurchase though

only  to collect colors that i am curious about because the collection is PRETTY!

Just Enough Glow

Currently i am quite bored doing make up reviews hehehe. Do you? I hope you are not bored reading it, chicas. hehehe. So i thought of doing something different lha. This is my current favorite look, i name it just enough glow because it is really glowy and fresh. I will explain with Bahasa here. It has been a long time i haven`t do a post in Bahasa, i kinda miss it. 

Mulai dari wajah polos saya >.<. Kali ini pake BB Cream Skin 79 Dream girls. Ga tau kenapa semua BB Cream ku dari skin 79, mulai hot pink, gold dan dream girls ini. Aku sih pakenya gantian ya.. Kalau muka berasa kering, aku pake yang gold label. Kalo muka normal dan pengen terlihat sangat mulus, pake yang hot pink. Nah, waktu pengen make up ringan, aku pake Dream Girls ini. Buat teman - teman yang pengen nyobain bb cream, aku jual sample nya di jar, klik aja BLOGSALE di atas. Bukan kenapa - kenapa, aku suka banget ketiga bb cream ini, tapi isinya kebanyakan ga abis - abis, dan aku udah pengen banget bb cream yang baru hihihihihi.. 

Oya, cara pake dream girls ini biasa aku totol - totol di muka, terus diratain pake tangan. Soalnya teksturnya ringan banget kayak lotion. Kalo di aplikasiin pake foundation brush, malah habis banyak dan ga rata - rata.

Si Dream girls ini ringan banget, jadi ga bisa nutupin noda dan bekas jerawat. Aku pakai ELF Tone Correcting Concealer in Rose Beige supaya terlihat flawless. Terus dibedakin tipis - tipis pakai powder favoritku dari Neutrogena.

Alisnya dirapiin pake pensil alis viva. Jangan ditekan keras - keras ya, soalnya ni pensil pigmented banget dan hasilnya bakalan kayak sinchan >.< Hehehe. Untuk mata, aku pakai Luview Baked Eyeshadow in White Indigo. Kalau penasaran, kemarin aku udah review sodara - sodaranya lho. Ini eyeshadow sheer banget buat sehari - hari. Aku pake warna cokelatnya aja dan dibaur ke seluruh kelopak mata. Setelah itu, aku pake eyeliner dan mascara.

Biar terlihat bersemu cantik, aku pakai ELF contouring dan blush on powder. Contournya cuma di atas tulang rahang supaya pipiku yang seberat satu ton ini terlihat lebih langsing wakakakak.. Caranya gampang, aku kempotin pipi, nah daerah yang "masuk" ke dalam di kontur pakai warna cokelat ini. Pelan - pelan aja karena warnanya pigmented. Nah, pipinya pakai warna peach. Kalem banget, suka! 

Nah, keliatan lebih glowy ya? Padahal aku ga pake highliter atau shimmer powder lho.. Rahasianya ada di BB Cream, powder, dan blush on. Dream girls BB ini cenderung bikin wajahku glowy, demikian juga kandungan mineral yang ada di bedak Neutrogena-ku. Terus blush on dari ELF ini ada subtle shimmer nya yang bikin pipi jadi glowy. Aku suka banget make up an kayak gini. Paling cocok buat jalan - jalan dan ketemu pacar hehehe

Change Lippie, Change the mood!

I am so excited to share you these looks! Hehehe if you notice i have been starting on posting FOTD + semi tutorial, it is all actually start with these. I made these looks for Pink Buble Vanity Trove Challenge. At first i made the pinkbuble fire look, then take selcas. I found myself looking different than usual!! Then, i started to change the lip colors and guess what? My face looked different too. It was fun and i simply could not stop experimenting on new colors. I hope you join the challenge too, believe me it was fun! I hope you will like it as much as i do. 

Since it was fun, i think i will post more FOTD + semi tutorial from now on. I am no professional and i do fail on my make up sometimes. And all the pictures were not edited, i just make page but do not photoshop the pictures at all. Simply to say, because i can`t. #gaptek banget yaa. Hehehe so foolish >.< I know! So, if you find some pics are fugly, just don`t stare too much, okay? Hahahaha.

Here is step by step for this look........

1. Because i am monolid, i apply eyelid tape. Just to make my eyes look bigger.

2. Put BB Cream all over the face. 

How to use ala Hana: I dot the cream all over the face, then spread it out with foundation brush. This foundation brush is ELF Professional Foundation Brush. It will look streaky at first, but pat the bb cream with the sides of the brush. The cream will get soaked onto your pores, leaving you with a smooth looking face.

3. Contouring is tricky for me, sometimes it got really streaky hehehe. I just play safe with using PAC Cream foundation. If it got streaky i will just powder it out to "Hide" it. Hehehe. I matte my face out with Marcks powder in Rose.

4. Put pink blush on. Here i use Maybelline clear smooth blush on in FRESH ROSE. Then i apply shimmer, i use Bobbi brown shimmering brick. Wanna know the technique? Hehehe again lha, i do some experiment inspired by Ce Elrica`s blog. I got inspired a lot ya know :). This blog is just awesome lha. Oya CLICK HERE for the technique.

5. Get to work on the eyes! Here i use my Sariayu Pallete, and use Salem and white colors. Then i groom my eyebrows with Viva eyebrow pencil.

6. Put colors on! Hehehe suka - suka loe deh warna lipsticknya! The lipstick color is really up to you, depend on your mood! Here i use any lip color from my NYX All that i`ve ever wanted make up pallete

Ini dia hasilnya main lenong - lenongan! Here is the result! hohohoho.. I was amazed with the result, different lip colors really change the whole look. Hehehe dari wajah cewek innocent sampai wajah tante garang, semua lengkap dah! hehehe.. So how da ya think?

REVIEW: VIVA queen eye base gel ( eye primer)

Hi girls, how are you? Hopefully you are doing good. Girls, i have been searching for a good eye primer. Due to my monolid eyes, my eyeshadows tend to crease >.< upon application huhuhu.. So without eyeprimer, there is no way i can achieve a great look. Hmmm, i have heard a lot of rave about Urban Decay Primer Potion, but yet it is utterly expensive and unavailable in my country. Then i find this really cheap make up base from Viva :).  It is so cheap, and let`s see whether i find my holy grail in it or not.


What is this?

This is an eye primer, the company calls it eye base gel. But they are basically the same, i think. It contains vitamin E and chamomile extract to give a cooling effect in your eye area.


How to use?
After you apply foundation and powder, apply this on your eyelid. Wait several minutes until it dries. Then apply your eyeshadow.

Well, as you can see there is no difference in terms of pigmentation or anything. It is also slowly dry. I have to wait for quite a long time. Sadly, it mattifies my eyeshadow color, make it blue matte, slightly darker than the original shade. It is also not waterproof, and i still got creases on my client`s make up. Hiksss >.<


What do you think?
The base itself is so affordable, i think around 9000 rupiahs or about 1,2 dollars. The packaging is simple just a white tube, when u squeeze it out, you will find a clear-white gel. When you apply it has cooling effect. Very nice. Hmm, the performance is not great, as i explain above. It doesn`t work as eye primer. Just a waste of money. If you want to mattify your eyeshadow, you can use this base, but that is probably it. Nothing more.

Viva hair tonic ginseng

What do you think about this product?

It contains ginseng that is able to strengthen your root and avoid hair fall. After using it awhile, I finally finish this cute little 60 ml bottle in about 2 weeks. For a long hair like mine, this bottle lasts for 7 usages.  Hmm, quite okay, I bought this for 6000 rupiahs ( price may vary), so I spend around 800 rupiahs for one time hehehe too county, am i? I love this smell hehehe strong but refreshing. I haven`t notice any improvement for my hair, well it is still falling out nevertheless. Speaking about packaging, it made of plastic, it didn`t leak, but looks so cheap ( well, it is J). After using this product you can feel cool sensations on your scalp almost immediately. Hmm since this product obviously do not meet my needs, I am still looking for a real good tonic. Do you have your favorite, girls?

Make up tutorial: When orange and pink collide

Hi everyone, you probably remember that about last week, i got a package from Viva company. Here is my attempt to put them on together though i admit that the eyeshadow color and the lip color do not match well hehehe. Anyway, i ended up having a cute look that i like, so i don`t mind. It is a very easy look, you can even try it out at home.

1. Clean your face and moisturize it, here i use L`oreal hydrafresh moisturizer

2. Apply foundation from Viva

3. Put on a face powder from Viva, sorry that the powder shade didn`t match my skin well hehehe, it looks a little bit ghostly on me.

Then, moving on with eyes

1. Apply gold eyeshadow all over your lid

2. Mix and blend with orange eyeshadow, don`t forget to put some on your lower lash line

3. Apply mascara and eyeliner :) and draw your brow

For lip, it is pretty simple, i only use viva lipstick

Then here is the final look :) What do you think?

Viva hand and nail cream

What is this?

                This is a hand and nail cream from Viva. It contains vitamin F, allantoin and honey melon extract as a natural moiturizer for your skin.

How to use this?

Apply this generously unto your palm, and then spread it evenly while gently massaging your nail and and dry skin areas.

What do I think about this cream?

If you are looking for affordable hand and nail cream, this is it. It is super affordable, only 7700 rupiahs, or about 80 cents. The cream is white color, and it doesn`t feel sticky in my hands. The staying power and moisturizing effect are low, I feel that my hands are dry again after a few hours, especially after washing my hands. My hands are also still harsh even that I apply this hand cream generously ( I am handwashing most of my clothes that is why I got harsh hands). Overall, this hand and nail cream is just so – so. I don’t like it that much
